Terms & Conditions

General terms for bookings and travel assistance provided by Global Air Fare. Last updated 1 October 2026.

By asking us to process a travel service, you accept these terms together with the applicable airline’s fare rules and conditions of carriage. Global Air Fare is an independent travel assistance service and does not operate flights.
1

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been accepted and the airline or ticket provider has issued an e-ticket and booking reference (PNR). Prices and availability can change until ticketing is complete.
2

Cancellation and refund

Refund eligibility is determined by the ticket’s fare rules and the airline’s policies. A non-refundable fare may permit only eligible taxes or fees to be returned. Cancellation penalties may apply.
3

Changes and rebooking

Changes to travel dates, times, routes, or passenger details are subject to airline approval. Airline penalties, fare differences, taxes, and separate service fees may apply.
4

No-show

If a passenger misses a flight without cancelling or changing it before the airline’s deadline, the remaining ticket value and later segments may be lost or additional charges may apply.
5

Airline cancellation

If an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, the passenger may be entitled to alternative travel or a refund under the airline’s rules and applicable law. The available remedy is determined by the airline and relevant regulations.
6

Baggage

Checked and cabin baggage allowances, restricted items, and excess-baggage charges vary by airline, route, aircraft, and fare. Passengers should verify the allowance shown in their booking before travel.
7

Passenger documents

Passengers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits, health documents, transit permissions, and any other documents required for the complete journey.
8

Check-in and boarding

Passengers must meet the operating airline’s check-in, baggage-drop, security, and boarding deadlines. Arriving late may be treated as a no-show.
9

Name corrections

Passenger names must match travel documents. Corrections or changes are governed by the airline’s policy, may involve fees, and may not be permitted after ticketing.
10

Third-party and agency fees

Global Air Fare may charge a service fee for assistance. This fee is separate from airline fares, penalties, fare differences, taxes, or charges imposed by another provider and will be explained before processing.
11

Schedule changes

Flight schedules may change due to operational, weather, security, air-traffic, government, or other circumstances outside our control. The airline is responsible for operating the flight and setting available alternatives.
12

Refund timing

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method, subject to airline, agency, bank, and payment-provider procedures. Processing time can vary and is not guaranteed by Global Air Fare.
